Day 35

Back and biceps

Just a normal workout. Only difference was the pump in my biceps, slightly painful. Still in ketosis, got a darker pink than the previous reading so all good.

Today I had my last 12mg of UD so now just on tren for the next 14 days while I cut.
 
Day 36

Rest.

Still feel as if I have the flu so thought I would just do home workouts tomorrow.

On another note my nipples are really sensitive and puffy. I stopped UD yesterday so going give it a day or two and see if any changes happen. I am already taking 3 caps of erase and for prolactin sides 6 l dopa mucanas and chaste berry vitex.
 
Day 37-41

Still got a cold or flu with a very sore throat. Which is making taking supplements very hard. Just training 3 days a week at the moment but feel like ****. Kept the weights heavy and haven't dropped any yet.

The CKD is going good, ABS are becoming visible.

Jut wished I felt better as its making training so rough! Would prefer to be getting in 4-5 sessions a week min! But at the moment I just feel like sleeping alot. On the bright side I do feel as if the cold is going slowly....
 
One thing I did forget to mention was the sweating at night! Tho not as bad as some people have, I have seen a massive increase in warmth at night to the point I'm sweating. Also during the day my body temp feels high!
 
Day 42-49

Still doing a ckd weight changes regularly but just using a mirror I can say I'm starting to get my abs back which is awesome! My shoulders are also looking more ripped! I was worried about losing strength but no weights have dropped and even managed a pr on Wednesday on my bench which was 140kg (308lbs) for three reps no spotting needed first 2 reps and only slight spotting needed on the third! Was really happy with this progress! Doing shoulders tonight and been doing 45kgs dumbbells for 6 reps for while so thinking of upping that tonight!

Its also my last day of tren today so pct starts tomorrow!

Pct is as follows;

Clomid weeks 1-4
Erase pro weeks 1-4
Titanium xl weeks 1-4
Lean extreme weeks 4-7

Plus rest of dopa an chaste berry... Unsure how many days left.

What are people's opinions on above? Should I wait until after erase pro ends before starting lean
Extreme or is over lapping one week fine?
 
I think the overlap is fine seeing a lot of people stack the two.

I would add a nutrient partitioner if you can. Need2slin, recompadrol, slinsane are my favs in that order.
You probably wouldn't need the need2slin while you are on lean extreme because of the over lap in forskolin though. Still a more "compete" product than the other two.
 
Just an update for the previous week the first of pct. I trained chest and felt Stronger managed a pr for 140kg for 5 reps! Also trained triceps that day. Back and biceps went ok. But on shoulder day which was yesterday I have got another cold and feel dizzy and had the runs too! So feeling a bit ****, but know if I didn't have this cold I would probably be feeling great and hitting the gym. But **** happens.
 
Update on previous week

Weights are all the same haven't dropped anything. Ball size is coming back, as is libido. I have lost alot of weight, now just over 77kg so looking leaner and better. I have started taking clen now which is helping with everything.
 
Just an update since last post

Everything is going good, balls back on form, libido up basically feeling as if I am back to normal. End of this week marks 4 weeks in pct (I think). I will give final measurements and thoughts on cycle next week.
 
My aim now is to cut up. I am thinking of pulsing....6-8 weeks. I have read over the thread but man that's long and a tough read, made about 30 pages.

3 days on epistane 40mg
Erase 2 caps (is this meant to be on off days or every day?)
Life support on off days
Tamoxifen 1-2 weeks at end

Does this look correct? I am looking to cut and therefore want to preserve muscle as much as possible and build if possible (but will be difficult in a calorie deficit). How is pulsing on a ckd diet as well? Would hdrol be a better choice? And how long could I wait before starting? I know normal cycles are for example 4 on + 4 off = time off. But seeing as it is a pulsing cycle is it possible to start sooner?

You can run epi 6 weeks at 40 and will be fine. Make your own thread.
