7-keto half life?

I have 7 grams of 7-keto DHEA (aka, 7-OXO) in T-Gel (120ml) yielding 116mg per pump. Would I be better off using an oral syringe to measure out 1ml two times a day or just taking one pump once a day?

I always dose twice a day. Not sure what the half life is, buts much less than 24 hours on most of these substances.
