Hi guys, I've used a can of M-stak quiet a while ago and saw very little results (note my diet was crap at the time). I was talking to a friend of mine and he was telling me how he took M-stak for 42days straight without cycling off and he achieved gains very close to when he later took dianabol. I am planning to run M-stak for 63 days with no cycling off, I'll be stacking it with kre-alkalyn, jack3d, beta-alanine and animal pak. I train 4 days over a 6 day period and I'm 21 with 2years of lifting experience. Would 63 days of M-stak without cycling be a waste of time? and because I will be using jack3d and kre-alkalyn pwo should I take m-stak in the mornings or pwo on training days?
