So I've got a spur of the moment beach trip I'm going on in 6 weeks and I am very much not ready to be seen with a shirt off in public.
Diet will be a strict intermittent fasting and I plan to actually start doing cardio, as opposed to other cuts where I adjusted calories only. I probably haven't ran in 6 years
Anyways, I know natural supplements are very minor in what they can do, especially in shorter runs. But if you guys had to pick a handful of products in this situation, whether it's to cut specifically or retain muscle fullness with a calorie deficit, I am all ears
Currently already taking Optimize T, about 2 weeks in. Not seeing a ton from it so far for libido/energy but I'm still hopeful.
