These are my lab results post 6 weeks pct. My cycle was 500mg test E for 12 weeks and tbol for 7. I stopped the clomid and nolva 2 weeks ago. My test is high so my pct worked...my average is around 700. My estro is high. I was wondering how I should proceed from here. Truthfully I am feel that I should continue with what I am doing and let my body return to homeostasis. Any suggestions fellas and thanks. Invalid Link Removed

6 weeks after pct you have an 1127 test? Am I understanding this correctly?

Yep...my last week of nolva and clomid was about 2 weeks ago. I was surprised myself.
That's the $hit khall! Feel like a congrats is in order. Ha ....i'm lucky to hit 450 fully recovered 6 months later

Uhm, how old are you? Your GFR is around what is seen in a 60-70 year old man. Unless it is a fluke. I would look into that ASAP.

Because his Creatinine was high - Dehydrated, Consecutive heavy workouts in days prior or very muscular person...can all push this print up, seen it to many times to say its an uncommon occurrence. Shame they didn't test for Urea, could have indicated the dehydration assumption.

BUN was WNL and his BUN/SCr is WNL too. So dehydration isn’t super likely. Looks like it could be a mild kidney injury.

No, this are 2 weeks from pct and 6 weeks since start of pct. So it's not abnormal to have above range test. OP: this is why we whait at least 4 weeks or more to do labs after pct.

Either way, I would do something to take care of that high e2. This is what's called rebound e2 after pct. This is why you take aromasin during pct or during last weeks of pct and then keep taking it a small amount of time after.

I have aromasin on hand and considered taking it but thought my e2 was high due to test being high. My gfr and creatinine has always been those numbers. I even had a procedure done to check kidney function. It took checking into multiple doctors to find one that recognizes numbers based on my lifting lifestyle and diet. What dose of aromasin should I take? I took adex on cycle.

The bloodwork was done through a private online lab. The price is so low I can get bloodwork done every month. I will test again after the new year to give me a better picture.

If it was me, I would take 25mg ed for one week, then 12.5mg ed for the next week and then finally 12.5mg eod for the third week.

But this all very individualistic so ymmv ...

Aromasin doesn’t have any renal dosage adjustments needed for mild kidney impairment. I know increased muscle raises BUN and SCr, I’ve just never seen it decrease GFR. I guess you had Cystatin C test? It doesn’t get affected by muscle, gender, or age like SCr does. Otherwise, I would take 12.5mg of aromasin eod for like two weeks; or take nothing at all. Your E2 isn’t super out of control and your test is definitely back full swing.

Does the lab you get the blood drawn at charge for the service or is it included?
Last time I used them it was built into the cost....that's a total

Im in the same boat re:kidneys. If I dont work out for 4 days before the test my creatinine and BUN come in to normal range. My GFR is always around 70 as well.

Clomid takes over a month to leave the system so no surprise there with your TEST. You rebounded nicely

If your not having any high E2 symptoms I would leave it. It will come down with your test levels.

Same story here...I about freaked out the first time I saw a 59 on the gfr too. I started taking cordryceps and have been watching the gfr go up for months now. Might be something to it
