Shameless nipple shot for Studhorse. And the only underwear I had were the one I was wearing, and they weren't goin on my head.
 
Hahaha, glad I followed my instinct and went to the gym tonight. Man I feel awesome!

Bench Press
45 x 5
145 x 5
180 x 5
180 x 5
180 x 14!! (5 pounds heavier and 3 more reps than last week!!)

Deadlift (was supposed to do 320 as many times as possible)
135 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 1 (felt super light)
325 x 1 (super light!)
365 x 1 (light)
405 x 1 (kinda heavy but at that point in was gonna go for a new PR)

455 x 1....woooooo!!!! 10 pound PR on a whim. I really think I had 465-470 in me today. Sucks because Deadlift is a weird lift for me. One week i can do this then the next week 325 can feel heavy. I'll just take the good days as they come.

Killer workout man! Getting up some good numbers!

It seems that every once in a while I will feel like not working out, then I get there and I'm strong as ever and can just crush it and I'm so glad I went. Other times I'm psyched to go and get there and my workout sucks. It's strange.

I think everyone is like that with deads....it is just such a strenuous exercise that when you're strong they are hard, but on your weak days ....they just crush you. That is part of the reason I love them so much...I'm a little sick maybe.

Sorry guys, been busy and having issues holding my fricken eyelids open now!! Fixing to lay down and hope this monsoon of a stoem we have doesnt cause me to run a bunch of calls. Fixing to make some serious changes, changes that should really help me reach my goals, but I wanted to share something with you guys. Had chest today, and although we had back t back calls that cut my workout short, I was able to get a little work in. So what I wanted to share was after 135x20 and 225x10 I busted out 315x5 on flat bench. Then after the same warmup I got 315x5 on decline
Moved over to Incline got 135x30, 225x6(wanted to save some) and ended with 295x3!!! I was pretty stoked!!! Ill get back on tomorrow , but in 10 minutes Ill be in the bed!!

Oh and the suspense of the changes are killing me!

Also currently looking at a HST / Cut for my next workout. Never done a cut. afraid I will lose too much strength. plus I will be traveling a lot more in the Spring-Fall and this may screw up the diet. we will see.

I would have to take off my dress shoe and beat him with it. hopefully he would just play hurt, and I could pin him and retire without being put in traction.

Haha - I think I mentioned this on AM somewhere - but a couple weeks ago a video popped up on my phone. It was of Rick Flair deadlifting 400 pounds. Like 400 pounds is some crazy number. But I watched it, cuz, you know, Rick Flair. He barely got it up, and for a SPLIT second, I felt good about myself. Yup. I can out-deadlift Rick Flair. And then, as quick as the goodness came, it left, as I realized he's like 80 years old. D#mnit.
