Seriously guys? I come to this forum for advice, training tips and motivation- and its just turned into a fricken joke lately. Cant we stay focused on the task at han........Lol. I cant even type this without laughing at my fat a$$!!! hiimnotcool, looking a bit chunky man, might need to focus on leaning up some more...(jack@ss). Back is looking nice, just not a big fan of tattoos. Damnit...I just cant stay on track. Your doing good.. UnicornDrpns is looking just d@mn fine and dandy, Brandinooooo is still a tease which increases my desires, justhere4comm is still killing it but I just cant get past his creative @ss writing, BEAST73 is still leading the pack, Studhorse is my big brother and I will choke the life out of someone for picking on his age and theres just so much more...but..<<<<this guy is at 216lbs!!! WHAT?!!! Partay!

I got it from a ****ty artist in Alaska while in the army. Some days it looks like a microphone, a d1ck or an ice cream cone.
 
Woke up super early this morning, didn't go to the gym right away but I did go to Jack in the Box and got their Loaded Breakfast sandwich....was sooo hnghhhhhh. Looked it up on Myfitnesspal after I ate it and it was 700 calories. Not too bad! Dilly dallied a bit then finally got to the gym.
