Tank999That sucks. Part of why I don't put much stock at all in my weight. Keep killin it bro, screw that scale! You know what you're doing and you know what works for you. Just keep at it bro,!
Weight this morning 214.. Back in July I was 250.. Crazy!
Day 24 - 256 lbs??!!
So yesterday I had less than 1400 clean cals, did my cardio and weights, and today the scale went up over 6 lbs! I know about fluctuations, but this is redonculous! Whatever! I just hope it's not ph bloat - I used to get that from the old time ph cycles and it would drive me NUTS till it cleared. But it used to happen right away not 3 weeks in. Anyhow, in spite of all that, I'm feeling good, eating right, and had a solid workout. So I'm just gonna stick with it. Added in some taurine which always helps me with bloat.
Worked arms today. Loads of heavy high rep precherz and oh tri extensions. Then a ton of cable stuff for bis, tris, and forearms. Looking forward to another delt/pec session tomorrow.
Had about 5 protein shakes today. Dinner is gonna be grilled chicken and beef strips and broccoli salad.
It's all good.
Those Protein shakes will kill anyone progress who is trying to lose Weight. IMO

Have you tried bronkaid? I use it PWO, but get a nice appetite reduction for hours. These are low carb, higher fat shakes which usually satiate quite well. The hunger usually doesn't hit me except around meal time, and generally speaking halfway through my meal I'm g2g. So this works for me

Do you mind sharing the protein product and supp label? Just curious and wanted to take a look at it.

Didn't realize there was an issue with that. I ran Shred, BronkAid, and caffeine during my last Epidrone/4-andro cycle and bloods seemed OK?Staying off any stim type supp while on andros....

Ah, makes sense. Last cycle I ran 120/80 the whole time. Historically low BP here even when fat.Blood pressure is the issue. Some people are ok though. I still run my stims but I never do high doses and don't get bp issues.

Wouldn't be surprised if mine did too. HR never seems to be affected by stims, but never checked BP when I take them.Yeah mine never really gets outside of that. Stims actually drop my BP. Go figure.
Tank999, Do you have your numbers on your sodium daily intake?

I was doing Meso for a while before starting this andro cycle and the wise ones recommended chilling with the stims because of bp issues. Just playing it safe.
The worst was the first couple of weeks when the lethargy was terrible and I had to drag my azz through every workout!
I run 70-90 normally, up to 180 max in workouts. A-y really jacks me up. Will have to see what my HR looks like after dosing. Now I'm curious! My HR really only goes up on Yohimbe. Part of the reason I get major anxiety on it. Used to not be that way though. My HR is always 90-105.
I think protein shakes and bars can have substantial sodium in them.On the job now but I'm not a salt guy and generally avoid hi sodium foods
Geez - my fitbit tells me my resting heart rate is between 48-53 depending on the day and I am normally in the low 60's unless exercising. BP hasn't been taken for a while, but even at 300 pounds it was around 135/85 which isn't good, but last time I took it I think it was about 115/70...which was probably around 200 pounds.
I never avoid sodium. I don't see any reason to unless you have some experience that suggests an issue. The entire sodium/blood pressure thing is almost entirely fictitious and reducing sodium can cause more harm than good in a lot of cases.
Nope. More water. Sodium shuttles nutrients. You need it.
Tank999, how many scopes are you doing for one protein shake?
I am going to say the old saying. We are what We eat..

My resting HR is 54 according to my MS Band. But yeah, it runs around 70 most of the day when I'm sitting at my desk.
Sodium can cause water retention, right? I don't watch my sodium intake because I don't have blood pressure issues and I don't really care all that much if I'm holding a little water... But that would be my concern, water retention.

Really?! So if you eat beef you're a dead cow? Everbody assimilates nutrients differently. I know bodybuilders who can stay tight on a high carb diet as long as they watch their cals. I can stay below maintenance cals and balloon up just from go over on carbs
FireTitan, awesome work!! and Welcome back! Bro
Probably nice to get back in, huh bud?
