6 week Epiandro cycle questions ADVICE!!!!!!

I have 2 bottles of Alpha Stano by Alpha Gainz. 250mg Epiandrosterone. As this is my first time cycle, I have done my research/reading on PCT. The PCT will be liquid. Should I use Nolvadex or Clomid? Which is recommended? Once my cycle is finished, how many milligrams would I take?
