So I am going to start a log, just to keep myself motivated enough to stick to what I have planned out for myself.

Current stats - 6' 220lbs.... 24% BF

Goal Stats 199lbs .... 18% BF

Supplements will be - Fish Oil, Multi Vitamin, Fenugreek, creatine

I have already tapered off my calories -- maintainance cals 2,800 I have slowly cut back to around 2,100 and will be right around 1,700 for 5 days, with the weekends being a bit more (carbs) During the week will limit carb intake. I do not do well with carbs and that is my main problem for weight gain.

During the week - Sunday night - Friday afternoon will look something like this....

Bfast -- Protein Shake w/ skim milk, 3 egg whites, creatine
snack -- 1 turkey sandwich, with cheese (xtra xtra turkey)
Lunch -- 3 packages tuna - tbs mayo
snack -- Yogurt, Protein Shake/ water
Dinner -- Chicken/Steak/Salmon/ with veggies drizzled in oil
snack -- Yogurt before bed.

Weekends will be a little different as I usually go out to eat with friends friday and saturday nights -- my goal is to eat less portions during these meals, as i usually make smart decisions... just eat till i can't move anymore.

I will update every few days on how my quest is going... I WILL have before and AFTER pictures.... My final day will be March 15th, I will be in Vegas the 17th-20th getting married :) Feel free to join in, and critique, as well as help with motivation... every little bit will help!

**EDIT** Completely forgot to tell my workout routine --

Workout A
Chest/Back

Workout B
Legs/Shoulders

Workout C
Arms

Im on a 4 day rotation, so week 1 will be A, B, C, A Week two will be B, C, A, B ETC...
HIIT 2 days a week for 20 min
Heavy Bag Training 2 days a week for 20 min

Update: 212lbs - and my lifts are either staying the same, or increasing slightly so I am very happy so far... only 3 weeks to go im really going to hit it hard as I still have a lot left to lose!

Why don't you try cutting carbs out completely except for one day a week, preferrably in the evening. Hardwork, but its the most fat I've lost in the shortest amount of time.

I am really trying to get very minimal carbs -- it is so fricken hard... any suggestions on meals to eat???
