6-oxo or 6-bromo

I'm looking into picking up an AI. Which works better, 6-oxo or 6-bromo?

Could I replace the 6-oxo with Formadex (formestane)? This is for use as an AI but not as PCT. I will be using it to combat increased estrogen from herbal supplements like Mass FX.
