6-OXO Extreme PCT ?? Help?

I recently finished a 4 week Havoc by RPN cycle... 20/30/30/30..

I didn't notice really any side effects, maybe a little tenderness below nipples, and it feels like there are LITTLE lumps(perhaps hte size of bb's) under my nipples, but it may just be hte pointy part of my nipple pushing in, because I was paranoid about getting gyno...

But anyway, I got 6-oxo Extreme, and the bottle says 4 capsules per day(300mg).. However the internet says to take 600mg/day the first week.. This would use the ENTIRE bottle in one week. I'm strapped for cash right now, so would it be beneficial at all just to take the 300mg/day dosage? Or would it just be a waste?

I don't have any backne, bloating etc. from the cycle of Havoc. Any thoughts are GREATLY appreciated, i'm just trying to get my levels back to normal and such.
 
You can go with three and probably be alright but NEXT TIME, Have your PCT straight before you start a cycle. and if you do not have enough DON'T DO IT.
What kind of SERM are you using?
 
No SERM, just 6-oxo... from what a few people told me, if i didn't exhibit bad side-effects, the nolva might have been useless, due to Havoc non-estrogenic nature...


But definatly, next time I will be more organized.. How long do you suggest waiting between Havoc cycles? I got GREAT results.

Yeah, if it didn't you may have been all right. BUT IT DID NUMB NUTS! SO WHY DON'T YOU HAVE IT HUH?

Alright relax man, I asked a question. You don't gotta jump down my throat, and like I said the tenderness might just be in my head, so how do you know I did exhibit bad side-effects? I asked the people at my gym if it looked like gyno, and they said no.

I'm calm, I'm calm... I had to take some 'Blood Pressure Factors' and GABA, but now I'm good. JK.

I'm just givin' you some tough love homie. Take some B6 throughout the day with your meals and that'll help take care of the prolactin.
 
haha no problem bro, I got a couple pictures though, which can probably help... I was thinking of ordering some LIQUID nolva from offline, a person who is pretty reputable from IronMagazineforums.com, told me about the site, and others there endorsed it... Do you have email, I can send you them real quick if you don't mind.
 
By the way, what I plan now to do was take the 6-oxo in the 600mg doses for a week, and order the liquid nolva online.. it should arrive basically when the week is over...
 
Just some FYI I got gyno from epi, I was able to get rid of it with a ridiculous $200+ PCT luckily. But so you know most people get gyno after their cycle dude and if you have knots in your nipps it's pretty needless to say that is NOT GOOD!!! Get your sht together before you step to a PH. Enjoy that gyno that should be poppin up and out in the following weeks.

Sheep. If i take 600mg/day of 6-oxo until i get my Liquid Nolva which ill take 40/30/20/10 will that help???

OP you don't have to use a serm in pct if you don't need it but.......ready.........you have GOT to have one in-case sht pops up! There are literally 50 threads like this posted every week by ignorant people who didn't do what they knew they were supposed to and now.........O' wait I gots a lump der in one my nipps, ddduuurrrrppp!!!!!!

Yes it will help but the BEST way to do it is to tapper your serm down and tapper your AI up as you come off the SERM. My thinking would be that if you run the 6oxo (I love that sht by the way and I'm using it now) now at 600mgs ed until you get the serm that your estro will rebound some what while your in pct and then when you come off the Nolva you'll have a greater risk for a flare up. But yes it will help for now.
