Has anyone used either on of these products? I have a friend despite knowing the side affects wants to take a ph. He is only 19 years old. Despite me telling him the negative sides he still wants to take a ph. My question is if he must take one at such a young age what ph would be the "safest" to take. i was looking at this two products because they have low estrogen conversion and are non methyl. They also seem to be more on the mild side.
