6 - 7 months training

Been training for 6-7 months and is say the first 5 months I was eating whatever I wanted(fairly clean) but I wasn't counting my calories and macros and my training was all over the place (bro splits/full body splits/overtraining), about the last month I've been sticking to a PPL program and have my macros and calories on point, currently on a bulking phase, can I get y'all feedback on my pic? Much transformation at all?

Pretty solid for 6 months of just guesswork. I think if you keep with tried and true programs and a good diet, you'll see even better results in the next 6 months or so. Remember, man, find a program, stick with it until you finish, then start over and find a new one- and when you find a diet that works for you, keep it. It takes all the guesswork and questions out of it.
 
I agree this is good progress for not having everything in place. Keep pushing and remember this will take a lot of time
