Personally, I think sdmz 5.0 will not be too harsh for you. It isn't has harsh as the other versions of sdmz. You would always want to run an on cycle support product with it. It all depends on your goals to if this product is right for you. There's tons of info at strong supplement shop about it. Hope this helps.
