500mg sustanon 250 10weeks. pct heeelp!

A friend of me is gonna run 10 weeks with sus250. He is dosing 500mg each week (250mg thirsday, 250mg friday) And he is worried about hes pct. He got 100tabz of 20mg nolvadex and he is thinking about 40,40,20,20
Could you give some advice about the pct?
 
Fix the days he is pinning... If he is only pinning twice a week at least use a different schedule ie. Monday 250 and Thursday 250 since that will keep hormones elevated more, also that's a decent nolva dose but I like clomid more personally
 
Some difference between Monday and Thursday then Thirsday and Friday? Same lengt between the days..
40,40,30,30 nolvadex sounds ok then?
