So on July 6th I started taking beta ecdysterone solo. The company I bought from is called earth elixir. It's a 12 week cycles worth so almost half way through the bottle. Just wanted to post a few of the things I've noticed so far while on it.
1- increased digestion speed. The ability to eat a big meal then pop one of the doses of ecdy and feel hungry again in less then a hour and a half is such a wild feeling.
2- slight increase in energy. Nothing crazy but does seem to give off a clean energy feel for a short while after each dose.
So it Was able to help me gain a good chunk of weight. Went up about 8 pounds in the first 4 weeks and has stayed steady everyday since. I know not all of it is tissue but hey, strength and reps keep increasing so I'm not complaining at all. Overall I would say it forsure works to a milder degree, definently on par with creatine.Everyone has different responses to each of these natural compounds and this is what I've noticed so far personally while using beta ecdysterone. Will try to re update the post after cycle is completely done. Overall 7/10 product. Would say give it a shot
