i was also wondering what would be the best dosage. i know it says 2 caps with your first meal on the bottle but i intermittent fast and dont eat my first meal till around 1-2p.m. so would it be better to just dose it pre workout or wait till my first meal?

it has to do with your test being highest 1st thing upon waking...test drops thru out the day and is lowest at the end of the day...that is why it is recommended to take with 1st meal upon rising, at least imo!!!

Two caps with first meal is an option. Two caps before bed could be another, as that's when estro sometimes is the highest. I always take it with breakfast...any time I guess would work, taking with food might make it easier to absorb and tolerate.

Sometimes I'd get a bit nauseous if I took Nolvadren or Erase solo. Never had a problem when I took them with food. Just how my body responds to lowered e I guess. You could split doses, one with food and one before bed! I think you'll be good no matter how you run it.

I'd wake up at around 6am and I wouldn't eat my first meal until 8ish. That's when I took my NXT.

Not sure how that plays with IF, but try taking two pills in the morning and see how that works for you. Only one way to find out.

No I just was looking at the threads he was commenting on one time and I noticed he was talking about erase which has the same active ingredient as Nolvadren.

I've actually tried it both ways and ill be honest, on an empty stomach my libido seemed to drop. So next time I run it I think I'm taking it with my post w/o meal. But everyone's different
