5-HTP and ZMA

Hey guys!

I've been taking ZMA for awhile now but everyone is pushing 5-HTP saying it has great benefits, so I went out and bought some. Unfortunately, all I could find has calcium in it, because I guess calcium is needed to effectively absorb 5-HTP. But Calcium stops Zinc from being absorbed well. And they both say to take 30-60 minutes before bed.

How should I go about dosing these so I can get the great benefits from both of them?
 
i use both, i use 5 htp (Low Dosage) after a workout to help my CNS oscillate back to the Parasympathetic nervous system. ZMA at night 2 hours after my last meal before bedtime, since its a must for muscle growth.
