I'm probably being dumb but could someone confirm how to take 5-Alpha tabs please.
Do I put in my mouth, allow to dissolve completely, wait 30 secs and swallow or...

Put in my mouth, wait 30 secs and swallow what is/isn't dissolved ?

you let it completely dissolve in your mouth
 
You can score it or bite it in half if you wish to help it dissolve faster, but don't chew it up. Let it dissolve fully. It's absorbed through the oral mucosa.

Thanks. I assumed it was something along those lines, and that's why the effervescence. I just found the instructions on the bottle a little unclear
