4th cycle questions

I have done 3 cycles.

1. Test e 500 per week 10 weeks
2. Test e 600 per week. 1-10
Dbol 40mg per day. 1-4
3. Test e 600 per week. 6 weeks
Dbol 40mg per day. 1-4
Deca 300 per week. 1-5

Had a bad reaction to deca. That's why I stopped at 6 weeks. Although it was looking to be my most productive cycle to date the mental sides were severe.
I only have 1 source. I've used him every time, so I really don't have anything to compare to as far as gear being underdosed.
I have dirty bulked and clean bulked. Never getting past 219lb (on deca cycle). I must admit I freak out a little when I put in a bit if fat , kinda freak out and lower the cals.
Have not cycled in a year. Have bulked naturally back up to 210lb while staying around 16-18% bf.
I'm ready to go at it again with test e or prop. Sorry to be so long winded. I guess my question is , should I up the dose to 750 a week or stay at 500 or 600 and just eat more?
Would like to ultimately reach 230 with bf 18% or lower. Then cut
 
Is 6lbs gonna make a lot of difference in possible gains from a cycle

Won't really affect gains but sides are more common the higher bf% you have

And if you can't keep your body fat where you want it now right after your cycle it will be right back where it is.
 
It's just better to start a bulk especially, when your bf is lower many people on here will say the same.

Not trying to argue. It's up now cause I've been eating everything in site looking for any gains. By sides you mean estrogen probs?

Yes

I would just lower it before running another cycle you will notice more as well and be happier with the end result
