Remember that conversion is after absorption or oral availability, which is very poor. Yes it may be active on its own as this is speculated from anecdotal feedback. 4AD is best used in an TD.
Yep its 15%. Has to be run as a TD though. I've used it with Finaderm and with Penetrate. Got much better results with Finaderm than penetrate. A lot of people seem to not like Finaderm becuase of the claims. I say try it and compare....It is like night and day.
