4AD T-Gel Dose

I've been using the search function all day for the amt of 4ad you get per squirt.I believe it was about 83.3mg's per squirt or something like that. What are the normal doses people are stacking 4ad with say 20mg's of M1T??

I responded to this in the M1T thread. It depends. If you have 10grams of 4Ad in 120ml of T-Gel, then you get 166 mg per squirt. This is because:

1 squirt = 2 milliliters (ml)

10 grams = 10,000 milligrams (mg)

you take the milligrams and divide by the amount of milliliters. That gives you how much per milliliter. You then multiply that number by 2 since there are 2 ml in a squirt and you get how many milligrams per squirt.

So, if you have 5 grams in 120ml then yes, one pump would = 83.3mg of 4AD.
