4ad orally, whats max dose?

if I were to get 4ad powder (1fast400) and cap it myself what is the max one could take per day (hardcore dosing) and should the doses be spread thruout the day? I am using 4ad cyp now at 1000mg per week and I am not getting the results hoped for, so I thought about adding oral 4ad to the mix, whats your opinion? or is it best to just do transdermal? I just wanted oral for ease, and not having to wait for the transdermal to dry

Transdermal is much better because you get much more absorption. If you want to use oral 4-AD than 1000 mg. is a cool dose.
