Hi All,

Have a quick question for the group.

47 year old male with moderate lifting experience. Feeling sluggish in gym last year or so and decided to run some blood work to consider my options.

my results show a total serum of 324 on the 264-916 ng/dl scale.

Where does this fall on the range? Am I a candidate for TRT?

324 is toward the lower end of the range, did you have your E2 and SHBG checked as well? Sometimes it is the ratio of test to estrogen that could make you feel sluggish.

I've been on trt since 2016 and found that if my e2 is too low I feel sluggish, I like when it's around 35, that's the sweet spot for me.
