Hello All,
I've decided to do an epistane cut. I am doing this for sure, so I welcome feedback on dosing and PCT and not the overall plan itself.
My stats:
I'm 46, 6'0, 210, and roughly 15% bf. My natural T is 740. I'm in the best shape of my life. I bench 315, do 24 pull-ups, and regularly run 6 miles. I've used SARMS and I'm ready to try a shred, to be followed by SARMS bulk after PCT this winter.
I plan to shred while on the epistane, at 2K cals per day and high protein. I track every morsel.
I've got plenty of Epitsane from GP and was thinking of the following dosage:
20/40/40/40/40/60*
*If it's going well I may run a 6th week
In terms of supplements, I will take the following:
Milk thistle
NOW liver support
Fish oil
Taurine
Creatine
Multivitamin
Calcium
Magnesium
Iron (I consume seafood and dairy but no red meat. I get plenty of protein but iron supplements help)
Whey (which is food but to give you context I put it here)
PCT
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Clomodex
DAA
I've got Anastrozole and Letrozole on hand for emergencies
In terms of exercise, I will lift hard 5 days a week (PHUL) with one day of (LISS) cardio and one day of total rest.
I will drink loads of water. Do you think this is a solid plan? I welcome ideas to imrpove it.
