Hello just wanted to share my journey.
November 2013 I weighed in at 325 pounds. Blood pressure was 180/90 felling real bad. Was always tired, no libdo and my manhood and bedroom activities terrible.
I started walking 3 miles then mixed it up with sprints. Starting cycling 3 miles to give my joints a break. I just needed to do something. Changed my diet to vegetables and cut out sodas.
Today was health day weight in and pressure check. I weighed in at 286 and blood pressure was 120/80.
Back in the gym after a 15 year absence it gets disturbing at times but I must keep my pace, long term goals. I will get there.

Keep up the good work! Remember its going to take time and patience and don't expect to see results over night. You'll get there just stay determined and try to surround yourself with positive people who are going to help you achieve your goal and not hinder it.

Congratulations on your decision to be healthy! Nice job man! Remember that this is a lifelong journey and not a destination.

40 more pounds to go before I start to train hard. I'm trying to figure out a nice weight for a 6'2 frame
