Been a long time. Hope everyone is well.
Last time I ran a PH was on my deployment and it’s that time again.
Last time I cycled Sup3r-EPI and sup3r-1.
Since it’s been a while, what is the recommendation? Recomp is the idea.
Current stats are 175lb, 5’6 age 37.
Currently doing body weight/sandbag training along with cycling.
Once I get back overseas, weights 4/5 days a week and some cardio 2 days a week. Towards the end, I’ll probably switch to a CrossFit style workout.
