Hi there!
I have been a gym rat for the last 20 years. Have never used gear of any type - hardly ever even use supplements. I'm 38 years old now and it just seemed so much harder to stay in shape and keep fat off. One of my buds told me about RAD-140 and Osterine. I did some research and decided what the heck, I'll give it a shot and see what happens.
I got the Genetix brand of rad and ost. I've been taking rad-140, 20 mg with breakfast, and then 10 mg with dinner. Since the half-life of Osterine is 24 hours, I simply take 25mg in the morning with breakfast.
Man, amazing...incredible...rock solid results! The first two weeks I didn't notice much of a difference. I kept waking up with rock hard boners at 3 am, lasted a lot longer in bed with the wife, and my general feeling of well-being seemed to increase. Oh, almost right away I thought I had more energy levels at the end of the day, maybe placebo effect though, I dunno.
Up front, I've always been a very stringy, fast twitch guy and don't get "big." Also, it takes me months to push through plateaus and ceilings. Welp, not no more! Week 3 is when I started noticing changes in the gym, I could just keep goiing and going! I would literaly FEEL awesome while working out, I'm not kidding, it FELT good! I would end my workouts because my muscles had literally pumped out and i could barely move my arms anymore. Recover time? Pshh, overnight. So week 3 I started adding weight. The main areas are squat, deadlift, benchpress, and military shoulder press. I'm not at the end of week 4. The max weight I have ever done on a squat is 235 lbs. Last leg workout I did, 285 lbs - 5 sets of 5 reps. I couldn't believe it. Deadlifts, max ever before was 235 lbs - last back workout, was pounding out 325 lbs. Max chest ever, 185 lbs - just today, 5 sets of 5 reps at 225 lbs. (Note - I had one of my shoulders reconstructed 6 years ago, it's been a long road of recovery) Shoulders, max ever was 135 lbs overhead military press, this week, I hit 135 lbs...and they were STRONG lifts! No shaking or anything.
In terms of tracking results, I used a machine available at a sports medicine clinic that measures your fat weight, skeletal-muscle weight, etc. I lost 4 lbs of fat, and gained 5 lbs of muscle. Most of the muscle gains were in my arms and torso, about 0.6 lbs of muscle mass added to each leg.
A couple more milestones - my chest just doesn't develop. About 8 years ago I went on this mission to pump my chest out, it got some development and looked good, but it wasn't what I was hoping to get to. And it took months of training. So, 4 weeks in, my chest looks incredible. I'd like to take some more fat off overall and then I think it will look better than it ever has before. Next muscle group, traps. Just like chest, ithey wouldn't develop. 4 weeks in, wife wants me to dial back because she thinks they're getting too big.
Pretty much, whole thing has been awesome. Wish I could go back in time and run these cycles. Overall really happy with the results, it's good stuff.
