4 weeks after pct ended bloods, thoughts?

Did a low dose test cycle of 200mg test for 16 weeks. Waited 21 days then started pct. HCG eod for 3 weeks then nolvadex for 4 weeks tapper down towards the end. Here are my bloods 4 weeks after my last nolvadex. Thoughts? SHBG is high along with ferritin.

For some reason I can't zoom in on my phone for these but IL look at it when I get back to a computer. Are these before and after or just after
