4 week anabeta/erase pro cycle expectations?

I was talking about the old one but I guess this can be applied to the new one too especially to visceral fat, correct?
I wanted to say that it's not a fat burning product but it has effect coming from other mechanisms like you said but I was actually talking about the old androsta one tho
Am I mistaken?
 
the only thing i can think of is EP, if you took the old version, maybe a rebound effect? assuming you took too much but i have never heard of anybody having gyno with those supplements mate.... im going blind here...
 
Idk looks better today. Time will tell. Waiting for this stuff to kick in, but also disappointed I can't train tonight b/c of finals. Haven't been to the gym in 3 days and it just throws my whole routine off.

try to stay focused, you have rested and that is a good thing, once you will be back you will be feeling better and you will smash the gym!
 
Guys so it's 9 o clock at night. Normally on workout days I take 2 ABE preworkout and 2 post. I thought I was going to be working out today but I'm not. So I haven't taken any. Should I just skip today or what? It feels kind of wasteful to take all 4 right now. It has a short half life right?

Dose 2 prior to your last meal if you plan on having one.

Or you could simply dose pre-bed.

Don't miss the dose, do what the mater said ;)
 
Can someone explain the science behind taking 2 Pre and 2 post? I train 6 days a week so if I follow that protocol, that's how I'll be taking it almost everyday. I believe I heard the compound only has a 6 hour half life

It's recommended to dose 2 caps with your two largest meals.

2 pre and 2 post works fine also. The main thing is to get the doses in prior to, with, or around food.

Why is anabeta elite so cheap on nutraplanet right now? I don't think I've ever seen it that cheap. EVER! Is it being cleaned out for a newer replacement or reformulation?

Another question why use ABE on a cut? Many folks it increases their appetite?
 
Finished my cycle last week.

I had blood taken two weeks ago and my doctor is concerned about my liver values. I basically ran this stuff for 8 weeks straight. Could it have had an effect on my liver values? I don't drink or do anything else that should have caused this.
 
as far as i know abe or epro don't have any effect on the liver but I could be wrong so I leave this to the rep, they will be more than happy to respond to you correctly :)

How long was it between when you last trained and had blood work done, as lifting could affect the results?

yes! ALT can be affected, also I guess they can help you more if you share your exact values, HDL, LDL, Total etc...
 
Cardiac profile was great. Triglycerides were very low. HDL was 40. LDL was 59.

AST 77 and ALT 81.

I had routine bloodwork done last year at this time. Liver values were even higher than they are now. Doctor ran a hepatitis panel which came back negative. Another blood test a few weeks later reported improved, but still high liver values. I never followed through with that.

After this past test, my doctor said the values have improved since last year, but they are still high. I'm not sure what could be causing it. I just finished the ABE and erase cycle. Only other supplements I take and have EVER taken are whey, creatine, zinc, and vitamin D.
 
If they were higher last time they were tested then idk why you would assume these are causing high values...

Unless I am reading this wrong. :o

Woman can take Erase Pro?

I'm reading that they can. Wouldn't that be bad for females in particular since it messes with hormones? I thought a product like that was only catered to males.

I generally recommend women do not use anything hormonal in nature.

So how come when I'm on say, instagram for PES and someone asks "is erase pro safe for woman, girls, females?" And they ALWAYS get a "yes, yeah sure or totally safe" ?

I'd think that product was ONLY for males. It's hormonal. Or so they claim it is. I could NEVER see females using erase or erase pro. Old version or NEW.

If people on instagram are telling them "yes" then there are gonna be some majorly jacked up adamsapple mustache females out there.

I generally do not recommend it because sometimes OTC products have the potential to counteract with birth control, not because it is unsafe or dangerous for women. It is not a company policy, it is my opinion. Women can use erase and erase pro without any fear of health issues.

That is irrelevant considering Erase Pro doesn't contain Arimistane anymore but plenty of women used it with no issues.
