if i had to guess, 1200mg per week, I dont think it will actually be that good, you may want to just wait for the 4oht deca.

what are the 19nor conversion rates? lower then 4 ad? The diol would have some of its own intrinsic anabolic activity but I think 4 ad would have more so you would want around the same dose.
