4-dhea

I personally think its a great ph depending on your goals? I prefer to stack it with 1Dhea. Ill let you guess the brands i like :-)

I don't know much about their delivery system so if it is straight hormone push it into the 400mg a day range..this is a best guess for me when I was about 230 I felt that was a good dose for me. With sublingual I feel it at much lower dose.
 
Thanks, that is the 1 I was looking at. Seems like the mg per tab and quantity were better than the other.

Iron mags 4-ad is dosed at 50mg a cap...... And if i recall correctly AMS 4-ad is dosed around 200mg per tab.
 
the rde technology, it increases bioavailability to almost 100%. without it, you would need to dose plain 4-dhea at about 1,000mg e/d to get a good dose.

The 4-ad, I still have enough 4 andro rx that will last the rest of my 2nd week of the cycle. I have been stacking it with 4 caps of epismash ed.
 
I agree with jBryan on this one, 4-AD is a SOLID product. I ran it last year at 4 tabs or 800mg daily. Honestly, I suggest 5 tabs for 1000mg.

This PH would be a great base for any DS or PH that causes lethargy and low libido.

800mg to 1000mg is where it's at. Might be pricey but if you don't want to inject test that's the way to go.

I've ran both 4-ad and 5 alpha test for test bases and 5 alpha was better hands down. JMO.
 
I don't really know what is going on with this cycle. last week on my last set of incline bench I did 225 for 8 reps, today I only got 2 and it was a struggle. Diet has stayed the same and I am doing less cardio than I ever have.

Not to mention that AMS offers augmentor which increases the bioavailability even more. From what I understand the recommended dose or double is sufficient for a good cycle
 
my kids and I had a damn stomach virus, projectile vomiting. I guess it is one of those 24 hour deals I feel pretty good now.

I wouldn't run any dose of 4dhea solo. It's a compound that always needs to be stacked with something else.

Honestly this is true its best used to stack with something else. 1dhea works well if your looking for a non methyl. But it works well with just about anything.
