4 Days into aPCT from 3-AD and Losing Strength!

Help with advice please!

I am onto day 4 of my PCT - I ran 3-AD for 26 days, the last 8 @6 caps a day and increased in weight 15lbs.


My calories have dropped slightly but not dramtically - a bit less fat now and a little less carbs late in the day but I would still be above maintenance levels.

I weighed this monring (after eating which I never do) and had lost 2lbs.

My shoulders were feeling a little sore from some heavy rows and lat bar work on saturday but I set out to do my usual chest, delts and tris session today and struggled getting the bar off the rack using the same weight as last session.

Am I possibly a bit overtrained or needing to bump cals or my body just no longer has the 3-ad to fight its desire to be skinny!?

I finished my cycle and only now realise how pleased I am with 3-AD.

I can't wait to get back on it - how long after PCT do I have to wait 4 weeks?
 
Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep at night. Going on a cycle sometimes has the tendency to make us want to go wild in the gym. While our muscles might be able to take the heat, our CNS system is not affected by steroids or prohormones. Furthermore, as your get into post cycle therapy, cortisol levels can increase, which may cause trouble falling asleep. If this is the case, you might check out a cortisol blocker like Retain2 or our new LeanFX.

It sounds to me like you are probably overtrained.

After you are all finished with PCT, I would recommend waiting at least 4 weeks before starting up another cycle.
