4 andro gyno

I'm two weeks in my cycle of 4 andro.
Few days ago my niples started to get a bit sensetive, i got some aromasin and nolvadex on hand but i didn't take it yet. Today i felt very tiny lump in each niple. Normaly i would add epistane to my cycle today. Should i quit my cycle and start nolvadex and aromasin to get rid of the gyno symptoms or should i just go trough with it and take the nolva + aromasin on cycle?
 
What’s your symptoms? A lot of people tend to just get paranoid and think they have it when they dont. Everyone has breast glands, so there’s a chance that you could just be feeling your breast glands as opposed to breast tissue. If you truly have gyno symptoms, I’d run aromasin 6.25mg eod and adjust as necessary. I don’t think that 4-andro has too significant of test conversion that would require much higher dosage of aromasin.
 
Maybe i'm a lilte bit paranoid.. they are harder and thicker than normal... They also feel sore. Maybe i should just start with a low dose of aromasin just to be sure and leave the nolva?

Bro I don’t want to come across like a dik here but this is the sort of stuff you really should have been prepared for before you even started.

If the first sign of a sensitive nipple has you thinking of quitting then it would be better not to take anabolics in the first place.

As AG points out the 4-Andro conversion is pretty low so there’s a good chance it’s not gyno, but if you are sensitive to gyno then 4-Andro can cause a flare up - but that’s exactly why everyone would reccomend having a proper ai on hand (which you have), so if you have a gyno flare up then use the ai to control it (I’d also suggest a 6.25 dose eod and increase if needed (you definitely don’t want to tank your e either.....
 
1 more question. Should i stop taking the aromasin when the symptoms go away or keep taking it till the end of my cycle?
 
Exemestane could hinder your gains, you need estrogen for putting on muscle. Nolva is a better oct imo....js
 
Didn't take the aromasin yet.... The soreness did go away on its own. They still get a litle bit hard sometimes but its probably nothing to worry about if it doesn't get worse again right? Tomorrow i'm starting with the epistane ��
