If your diet and training is in check then you'll get results but not what I, or many others, would consider good. The Andro's will take a while to build up and kick in, usually around week 3/4, so if you only do a 4 week run you'll be stopping just as the results from the Andro's start to show.
If you're looking for some decent results then you'll want to run 1-AD and 4-AD for 6-8 weeks with a proper On Cycle Support (i.e. OL's Ar1macare Pro and/or CEL's Cycle Assist), followed by a good PCT plan including a SERM (Clomid or Nolvadex), backed up by some good Natty supp (Performax AlphaMax XT and/or BLR Follidrone)
Did you already purchase those andro products? because they are both underdosed compared to some options on the market, still better than a natty supplement but you probably won't see more than 3-4 lbs unless you're over eating.
Already bought them
But whichones you recommend
When it comes to Andro's you'd be better off with,
Olympus Labs Sup3r-1 (1 Andro)
Olympus Labs Sup3r-4 (4 Andro)
Higher dosed, improved delivery system, highly reliable brand and reasonably priced.
