Iv looked at doing 4-AD by advanced muscle science because it's supposed to be very mild. I have looked but can't find if I would need a SERM or if I would get away with something like 6-oxo or novedex. I was told I would need a serm or a AI which i thought 6-oxo and novedex are. I was also under the impression that you needed 1 of these on any PCT. So which will I need? Is 4-AD that weak that the AI will be all thats needed as it doesn't convert to est? I dont fancy shutting down in PCT as that will aggrevate my anxiety so I dont want to take to many risks. Help is really appreciated. cheera

What do you plan on dosing it at? 6-oxo and Novedex are OTC AI's and would likely be a decent add in PCT. AMS recommends the use of Invalid Link Removed in PCT as it is both a libido booster and AI.

Serms are debatable and some prefer them. But you have to consider the legalities and quality involved when it is not prescribed.

Not a lot tbh 1-2 caps for 4-5 weeks nothing major as im going to be cautios as its my first cycle.

You should be fine without a SERM in that case.
