Ok so I was going thru some old boxes and found a stash of some old supplements that I bought years ago and never ended up using. They have an Exp. date of 8/2004 on them. I am thinking about giving them a try. Any advice on how they are supposed to be taken? I’m not to worried about the expiration date, I figure worst thing would be that they just don’t work. Here is a list or what I have.
