4-AD and bloat

Hi all first time poster.

I am a newb to PH's & am about to start my first cycle of 600mg./day orally 4-AD. Please don't flame for taking the stuff orally, I wasn't hip to member pricing on transdermals when I originally purchased. I have heard that one of the sides of taking this PH is that "bloating" may occur.

My question for the board is if I find the "bloating" to be too uncomfortable, would it hinder my potential gains (and if so by how much?) if I took a daily diuretic to rid myself of the excess water?

Bloating does not hinder your gains whatsoever.
