Definitely stay away from German American Technologies. $16 for 10 tabs! And all you get is 100mg. of 4OHN and 50mg. of 19-nor per tab?!! You'd need to take at LEAST 5-6 per day to see any results! That's $8 or more per day! And you probably need more like 8 per day to actually see something significant. Plus 4OHN has horrible oral bioavailability, regardless of the undeconate ester.
