3rd day Gut Health review

Today is the 3rd I've been on gut health and I'm starting to notice a difference already :woohoo:

As for day one, ohh boy......I had taken the 2caps when my package arrived and later that night the wife and I went to Panara bread and i got the Italian Combo and :gas: It was bad. I didn't expect it to work right away just thought I'd share. I was bloated like I was 5 months pregnant.

After a clean diet yesterday and 2day I am starting to feel the benifits. I just finished meal 3 for the day and usually by now I'm sporting the expecting mommy look and feel like I have a boulder in my gut (about 250gr carbs at this point). But today I don't. Now I'm stil slightly bloated and have a little rock in there but it's been cut big time. So eating doesn't seem like such a complicated task. Getting 4,500cals this next week should be smooth sailing :D

How will you maintain your new weight after your bulk if you drop your calories down from the 4,500? Do you plan to cut right away and drop down to a more reasonable maintenance?

Im going to drop to a 3,250-3,500 maintenance. The reaosn I'm eating so much is well......im on superdrol and with the carbs its sucking em down like coca cola :lol: (kramer).
 
wow you sound really weird getting all bloated lol

hope this works for you i plan on taking it or something like it just for health benefit

anyone know if inusrance pays for it?
 
I've been using Garden of Life's Primal Defense probiotic formula, which is supposed to be a "best in class" supplement. Do you think Gut Health would compare well to this?

LOL, give me about 4 days and I'll let you know!!! I just picked some of that up from my father-in-law. I also just gave some gut health to my mothre-in-law.

Wow I gave it to them last night so I'll let you know after a few days. My mother-in-law has used both.
