I feel like I get more from decent doses of citrulline and glycerol in other pump products than I did from the above product. From my experience it seems more like a gimmick. It seems like I have seen more and more companies jumping on that bandwagon recently. To be fair, I have not used it as a single ingredient though to make a direct comparison.

It’s in the new DVST8 line. I don’t notice much of a difference but adding a little bit of Amla fruit certainly isn’t going to hurt a citrulline and glycerol stack. Life extension has used this amla extract for chromium absorption as well
