I'm currently stationed in Iraq and was wondering what all should I be taking with 3ad when I start this cycle soon...Currently I take super pump and size on with protein and thats about as wild as I've been so far out here.
Where can I find a decent meal schedule to follow for this ? I want to make the most of this experience and really want some explosive results like from what I've read on here so far..
We have a pretty awesome chow hall so the meal requirements should be pretty easy to follow, but gym time is sacrificing sleep. If I spend 1.5 hours in the gym and 15 mins cardio, I'm getting 6 AT BEST hrs sleep. Is this enough ?
Also, do you guys take the support supps with this stuff? Like a pre-workout booster / creatine ?
I am 5'9'' 190lbs Pretty athletic, Looking to bulk up some more before I start cutting weight in january for my last 2months out here
