I did several cycles in my late 20's and had really great results. at one point (9 years ago) I was 6'1 225 10%bf, I was very happy there.
I've been busy with life and all and time got the best of me and I've gotten fat and sloppy. I've been back in the gym and eating good for the last month. went from %32 to 27% BF lost some weight and am on my way down but now I'm itching to get back into the groove and really pick it up.
I know it's against the popular order of things, but I've been able to lose quite a bit of bodyfat while on before so it's tempting to start sooner than later after I've lost a lot more weight.
I know there are alot of opinions that would probably say I should lose another 15% BF first before starting a cycle again, but I just wanted to ask to see if there are some other opinions on the subject. i'd love to have a cycle under my belt before the start of summer, and then be running a 2nd one during the summer.
