37 First Test Cycle Calorie Advice

I will be starting a my first cycle with Test Cyp. My goal is to gain muscle density without the water retention. Possibly reduce body fat. Ultimately I want to minimize looking chunky or bloated, want the leanest gains possible. Ive always had/need to do cardio to keep fat in check. Would like to do some morning empty stomach cardio to help with fat control.

1-12 400mgs/week Test Cyp (split dosed twice a week)
3-12 .5mg of Arimidex EOD or E3D (minimize water retention)
3-12 250iu twice a week
15-18 Nolva (tapered down)

What would you suggest for a daily calorie intake given my goals

try doing what I did...Take your calorie intake now,not on gear, and add 500 cals every couple of weeks to account for the new muscle mass...Keep your cals super clean, crap foods in and you'll get crap results....lean pro's, complex carbs, good fats, simple carbs only after workouts and you will not encounter any bloat...Its def a good idea to keep arimidex on hand and use it only if you experience any gyno symptoms and or if you get bloated...good luck bro
