32 and low test results

I got my blood results yesterday. My dr told me to see endo because my test is low. It 277 would explain me always be g tired and lack of gym movation.. I looked at my blood results from 2013 and I was in 460s. I have an appointment on Thursday to see an endo. What happened next? Will I be on hrt forever? How will this effect my upcoming cycle? Do I tell the dr about my cycle History
