Damn, ya well you are definlately growing a whole lot if you are getting stretch marks already. Have you gotten your bp measured at all? If not I would have that done. Also, what is your routine like during this cycle. Maybe you need a program geared more towards strength. But honestly I think you should see strength gains no matter what type of routine you have. I researched some routines and found a really good one that I am still following it. If you want it give me your email and I will send it to you. 11 lbs in 11 days is damn good. 1 lb a day!! Make sure to keep the calories up and have a good PCT set up to help solidify your gains.
For your lower back try to stretch your hamstrings glutes and of course your lower back every day. As you get stronger your muscles are going to get tight and you may end up having back spasms like I did a few days ago ha!!
