3 Week Leviathan RL Log

I just got in 1 bottle of Leviathan RL, and some All the Whey Isolate Protein. and thought i would start a log, mostly just so i can keep on track and for some AM support.

Anyway i am 5'7 around 170 (ill get an offical weight tomarrow). i would guess my bf% would be around 15%. i am lookin to drop some weight but wouldnt mind to gain a little muscle in the process, that while my workout are pretty intense

here what my workouts look like... PLEASE CRITIQUE. its all 3x8
Monday A:
BB Bench
BB Incline
Reverse Grip Bench
Skull Crushers

Tuesday A:
BB Curl
Bent Over Rows
Clean and Press
Reverse Curls
BB Shrugs

Wenesday: Rest

Thursdayl B:
DB Bench
DB Incline
Close Grips Bench
Dips

Friday B:
DB Curls Military Press
Dead Lift
Lat Pulldown
DB Side Lateral Raises

Saterday: Rest

Sunday:
Squats
Leg extension
SLDL
Leg press
Calf Raises

and i will be doin 30-45mins of LI cardio after I workout except on Sundays
and some abs here and there

my diet will look like this, keep in mind im in college and taking 17 hours...

wake up: take my Leviathan and drink a protein shake and the off to class
Few hours later: eat some canned tuna and a few almonds
Lunch: 2 chicken breast or some other lean meat, and a salad
work out: protein shake after
Little later: some more tuna and a few almonds
little later around 3: take Lev RL
Dinner: 2 chicken breast or some other lean meat and a salad or some black beans and some grapefruit.

thanks for takin a look and please critipue anything you see, im new at this, but i have been lurking around awhile learning as much as i can.

30 mins or so, also when i take my afternoon dose, should i try to time it, like an hour before dinner, or could i take it right before my afternoon snack, or right after my afternoon snack?
 
The yohimbine in LR looses its effectiveness when taken with food. So try to take lr on an empty stomach 45 min before eating or an hour + after eating small meals.
 
Meals look in check as well as your supps one thing that i personally wouldnt do in your workout is how you have monday with 3 chest exercises and one tricep exercise maybe throw in another tricep exercise so its actually being forced to work, and also since you have more chest exercises on thursday i think that its possible that you can start to overtrain and wont have results if doing similar muslce exercises with not enough rest in between and in the same week. To cut weight its better to do more around 10-15 reps IMO but keep the weight heavy to contain strength, and if you wanted to change your workout you can change it to a muscle group day workout like monday-chest tuesday-back-wednesday-legs etc ya kno but hey its whatever works for you so good luck
 
No offense bro, but you only weigh 170 lbs, why in the hell are you trying to cut? If i was 170 i would be eating my ass off to try and get to 200, then maybe cut down a little...i dunno, just my two cents...my goals may be different than yours

well i guess its more like a recomp, thats why im only doin it for 3 weeks or so, and then im gonna start tryin to put on some lean muscle for a couple months
 
im just gonna check in at the end of each week, havent really noticed to much with the leviathan RL, but im still just taking 2 a day... here are some before pics...
