3 Months Ago and Now

I started hitting the gym again Feb. 5th this year after a 9month break. I noticed i was getting small and i did not like what i saw. After 3 months of training i finally got my body back to some what of a good physique. Here is 1 Before and a couple of me now! p.s i gave up drinking, and soda, and fast food!

In the picture above i was 16xish, now im at 180.6 10.8% bodyfat!

Great job man! But you're way above 10.8% BF.. check out that other thread on this forum titled "Anabolic Diet so Far" -- that guy started at 10%. I'd say you're closer to 14% - 15% (probably the lower range of that)

But great job putting on weight!

I use the little machine it said 10.8 but someone told me it was off considering it did it after my workout. Ill do it first thing in the morning! And thanks!

Calipers might be off based on a variety of factors -- usually though, if they're off they measure too low. But I was a little bit leaner than you about 5 weeks ago and my calipers put me at 13% (I've been using them for years and know that they're accurate.. lol), I've been cutting since then and today calipers put me at 9.7% and I'm significantly leaner than you right now LOL. However, I find that the issue with my calipers is that they tend to underestimate my BF% when it gets to single digits -- so like when it told me 8% last summer, I'd think that a better estimate would have been around 10% based on mirror.

i would hold off on a PH if i where u. You just started again and you can grow a lot more naturally before you try them.
 
You look pretty small in that first picture. That is 3 months of training? I've been training for 3 years and barely getting great results. I must be doing something wrong...
