can you put that into capsule form and how would you convert it to get the mg's??

put it into everclear, heat and shake ... use enough to make it 20mg/ml .. works just fine

If you can't get everclear, 151 will work too. For three grams I would go with 3g in 147ml of whatever you were going to put it into. You might have to heat it for a minute or two. I put mine under really hot tap water and a couple of hours later it came out clear as a bell.
